6. Cancellations and Refunds

Our cancellation policy varies depending on the service booked and is specified at the time of booking. Generally, the following applies:

• Cancellations made 60 days or more before departure: Full refund minus a $250 administration fee
• Cancellations made 30-59 days before departure: 50% refund
• Cancellations made 15-29 days before departure: 25% refund
• Cancellations made 14 days or less before departure: No refund

We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect against unforeseen circumstances that might prevent your travel.

7. Changes to Bookings

If you wish to make changes to your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your changes, but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible. An administration fee may apply.

Wanderlust Adventures reserves the right to make changes to any service if necessary. If we make a significant change, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. In such cases, you will have the option to accept the change, book an alternative service, or receive a full refund.

8. Travel Documents and Requirements

It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid travel documents, including passports, visas, and any required vaccinations for your destination. We are not liable for any loss or expense incurred due to your failure to comply with these requirements.

You must ensure that your passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the dates of your trip, and that you have all necessary visas and vaccination certificates required by the countries you will visit.

Wanderlust Adventures acts as an agent for transportation companies, hotels, and other service providers. We are not responsible for any injury, damage, loss, accident, delay, or irregularity that may be caused by these service providers.

You are strongly advised to take out appropriate travel insurance to cover potential losses, including trip cancellation, medical expenses, repatriation, loss or damage to personal belongings, and personal liability.
